The Mental Dimension arises from air element and offers us the freedom to consciously access, structure and communicate with the other dimensions.
Embodying the change begins with learning the principles of how mind emotions and body interact, mapping and exploring key events in our lives, understanding ourselves and our lives more deeply, becoming aware of unhelpful mental patterns and beliefs, reframing our understanding of our reality in a way that is conducive to the change we want to experience. The mental dimension arises from the air element and is the most accessible and conscious part of us, it is the informational field that allow us to consciously access, structure and communicate with the other dimensions.
